The toy is featured in Avon's Campaign 10 brochure (commencement date 5/4/04). The toy is a stylized octopus with purple coloured body and eight different coloured and patterned legs. Each leg contains a source of activity.
Reasons the product is recalled
The activity piece in the leg is contained within the stitching. There is a potential risk of choking and inhalation for children if the stitching comes undone and the internal activity piece escapes.
