Part numbers ORC50 and ORC50Z batch numbers commencing with 148 to 157 inclusive purchased between 5 May 2003 to present. The part and batch numbers are stamped on the top face of the product.
Reasons the product is recalled
Under certain circumstances a component failure may cause the coupling to part whilst towing.

Coupling failure.
What consumers should do
Return the product immediately to the retailer or if purchase fitted to a trailer to their distributor for replacement. Customers can call (02) 9678 9036 between 9am - 5.30pm. All replacement and refitting if required will be free of charge.
