In some circumstances the gasket (rubber seal) may become caught in the blender blades during use.

The gasket may incur damage if caught in the blades during use and then becoming mixed with food; this could pose an ingestion hazard
What consumers should do
Consumers should cease using the Rocket Blender immediately and return the blending blades to any Homeart store for a replacement set of blades.
