Product description

Models SLS110 and SLC010 supplied after 01/02/2015 are affected. These models have been sold in Victoria, Western Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales and Queensland by various retailers.

Identifying features

The following features can identify the recalled models. • Pouch of the product has copper or silver dots and wording “String lights” in black as indicated in the photo • The power supply included with the models has a green charging light & plug pins are not insulated. Models supplied before 01/02/2015 with an approved power supply where the plug pins are insulated are not affected by this recall.

The following features can identify the recalled models.

Models supplied before 01/02/2015 with an approved power supply where the plug pins are insulated are not affected by this recall.

Reasons the product is recalled

The power supply supplied with the products does not comply with AS/NZS 61347.2.13

The hazards to consumers

Risk of electric shock.

What consumers should do

• Stop using the product immediately and unplug it from the socket outlet.
• Return the power supply back to Down To The Woods or the store of purchase for a replacement of the power supply.
