Wiring incorrectly secured to the rear of the oven may get excessively hot and melt the wiring insulation.
The hazards to consumers
If the insulation melts and exposes the wires it may cause a fire or may cause an electric shock.
What consumers should do
Stop using the oven. Letters will be sent to affected owners. Go to a Jayco Dealer or Service Agent for an inspection and rework if required.
