Item No. 16136 has been sold in various discount variety stores since December 2003. Supplied in various colours, round cylindrical bottle with screw on lid, fitted with an inner plastic rod/tube for filling with water and freezing.
Reasons the product is recalled
If the Ice Stick Rod is over filled with water and frozen, the ice will over expand and could crack or break the rod tube and small parts may then break off into the bottle becoming a choking hazard.
The hazards to consumers
Choking.
What consumers should do
