If the head of the Tenbie is twisted the head may come away from the body of the Tenbie.
The hazards to consumers
The head of the Tenbie may become a choking hazard for small children.
What consumers should do
Return the Tenbie to the Port Pirie Smelter, Local Council Chambers or Port Pirie Environment Health Centre. Upon return they will receive a replacement Tenby10 gift.
