Sansai brand four outlet powerboard. Cat No. PAD-4. Approval Number: V02058. The powerboard was available in the market place from May 2002.
Reasons the product is recalled
The powerboard has been found with Active and Neutral reverse polarity at the terminals of each outlet. This product is considered to be unsafe.
The hazards to consumers
Electric shock.
What consumers should do
Cease use immediately and return the power board to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
