The ACCC held a free interactive webinar on sourcing safe products under the Australian Consumer Law on 12 May 2015. A big thank you to everyone who attended.
Some of the key messages from the event include:
- Do your own research and be aware of product safety standards.
- Ensure products are tested by an independent body - don't just rely on internal testing procedures
- Develop comprehensive internal quality assurance and compliance processes
