The toy may liberate small parts during use as it does not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).
The hazards to consumers
The plastic plugs that secure the xylophone keys could be removed by an infant and may pose a choking hazard if ingested.
