In consequence of testing and close examination, a material weakness was found in the reclineable seat connector, part number P00012.
The hazards to consumers
The seat unit/carrycot frame can break when undue force is applied to the edge of the frame, causing a fall-related injury.
What consumers should do
Return the carrycot/seat unit frame to the place of purchase for a replacement part.
