In some circumstances, the electronic ballast in the product may overheat and cause a fire or expose consumers to dangerous electrical components.
The hazards to consumers
If the defect occurs while in use, the ballast may catch fire or expose consumers to dangerous electrical voltages causing serious injury or death.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the Powersafe Eco Tube model no. EB-P(C)128 and contact Powersafe Pty Ltd to receive a replacement or a full refund.
