In rare instances the connecting pins may become dislodged resulting in the direct electrical connection being exposed.
The hazards to consumers
If these connections are touched while the machine is plugged in, there is a potential risk of electrical shock, burns, or in rare circumstances electrocution.
What consumers should do
Immediately disconnect this unit from the hose of your vacuum cleaner and do not operate your machine with this unit attached. Once removed you can continue to use your vacuum as normal and there is no further risk.
