When used for children 8-18 KG, there may be the risk of slippage of the webbing through the adjuster of the body harness which may be in excess of that allowed in the standard (AS/NZS1754).
The hazards to consumers
When used for children 8-18 KG, slippage of webbing in excess of that of the standard may result in injury or death.
What consumers should do
If you have purchased this carseat, cease using it immediately and return it to Big W for a full refund.
