The warning label is (in some cases) missing on the packaging and a label is attached to the bottom of the baby bath seat making it non compliant with mandatory requirements from a visibility point of view.
The hazards to consumers
The hazard is that due to the visibility issue, the client may not read the warning label and there is a risk that the consumer may leave a child unattended in the bath seat.
