We are contacting you because Respironics has become aware that there are a small number of United Kingdom mains global plug adaptors where the plate of the plug adaptor (part of the global adaptor plug set) has become detached from the main power adaptor, potentially leaving the live inner metal ends exposed.
The Australian adaptor is not affected however, should one of your customers travel to the UK and use an affected adaptor, they may be exposed to a risk, unless the affected part is replaced.
