Cylinders fitted with the 9117V2 Rego Brass Cylinder Valves. Check cylinder label for product name and 172R number. (There is nothing wrong with the sulphur dioxide product itself - it is within specification).
Reasons the product is recalled
The 9117V2 Rego Brass Cylinder Valves may demonstrate some cracking which could result in the valve representing a safety risk, because of the possibility of a leak of sulphur dioxide product.

Leak of sulphur dioxide product.
What consumers should do
If you have an R sized BOC sulphur dioxide cylinder (check cylinder label for product name and 172R number) you should not touch the cylinder and immediately call BOC on 1300 728 881 to determine whether or not BOC needs to recall your cylinder.
