Power Board: Model PB4, PB6. The powerboards are marked with the model number, a "Crest" logo, rating of 10A 240V (2400W) 50 Hz, and N17219. All units are white in colour and were sold from October 2001 to July 2002

Reason the product is recalled
Powerboards: The casing of these units may not be flame retardant, and thus pose a serious threat of fire. Extension Leads: The Yun YA3-Z cord extension sockets have been found to have faulty socket contacts that do not adequately grip.
