Reason the product is recalled
Some purchasers may have connected the product into the fixed 240 Volt wiring in their homes, caravans, boats etc. in order to provide mains power in lieu of a standard reticulated 240 Volt mains supply. The product was not intended for fixed wiring installation.

Electric shock or fire.
