Reason the product is recalled
A production fault may result in a live wire being inadvertently connected to the earth within the Presscontrol unit attached to the pump. If this has occurred, the pump will not operate but could become live and result in a serious electrical shock.

If the pump is not installed or installed and not yet running, the pump should be disconnected from its power source and not used. If you believe your unit could be affected please contact your nearest authorised Grundfos Dealer or Grundfos Pumps Pty Ltd.
