What consumers should do
Consumers must immediately stop using their cycles if fitted with one of these models and dismantle the pedals to return them in working order. Send the pedals directly to the Time distributor, together with a letter clearly indicating their contact details and the returned product references or take the pedals to the nearest TIME® dealer who will return them to the distributor.
