Reason the product is recalled
Imperfect bonding on the electrical plug for the two mesh points.
The hazards to consumers
Exposure to live parts could cause electric shock.
What consumers should do
Most of the affected units have been returned from the supply chain, and there is believed to be one outstanding unit with a consumer.
If a consumer believes they have the remaining product from the affected batch, they should stop using the product immediately and contact Leader RMA Team on 03 9037 3020 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm) or email vic.ra@leadersystems.com.au to arrange for the return of the product and for a replacement product to be provided.
