How to check your batch code: 1) Check the underside of your DVD Player. 2) Locate the Serial number panel (see supplied image). 3) The batch code is the first 5 numbers, after the letters. Affected batches are between the number range 17585 to 18270 inclusive.

Stop using affected 240V mains power adapter immediately. To receive a replacement adapter visit www.laserco.com.au/adapter or return the complete product to the place of purchase for a refund.
