Certain parts and accessory kits (P&A Kits) for Profile Low Rear Suspension (P/N 54000134) or P&A Tall Rear Shock (P/N 54000294) intended for installation on certain Softail motorcycles (see below):
• P/N 54000134 - Fits 2018-later FLHC, FLHCS, FLHCS ANV and 2024 FLI models
• P/N 54000294 - Fits 2018-later Softail® models (except FXFB, FXFBS, FLFB and FLFBS)

Reason the product is recalled
The rear shock pre-load adjuster mounting bracket may fracture and allow the rear shock adjuster to contact the rear tire.
The hazards to consumers
Risk of serious injury or death from a crash if contact between the rear shock adjuster and tire occurs.

1. Stop using motorcycles fitted with these parts immediately.
2. Contact your nearest Harley-Davidson dealer to schedule a free repair.
