Reason the product is recalled
Faulty cable routing has the potential for mains voltage leakage to the output.
The hazards to consumers
Users may get an electrical shock when inserting USB cables into USB sockets.
What consumers should do
Disconnect unit from power.
1. Check the batch codes on the USB hubs by peeling back product label.
2. If codes do not begin with 14L, 15B or 15C , continue to use as normal.
3. If codes begin with 14L, 15B or 15C, return the faulty units to PC Locs for replacement.
