Due to an improper assembly of the steering column to the rack and pinion, the steering column lower splines may fail.
The hazards to consumers
If the defect occurs, the operator could lose control of the vehicle causing serious injuries or even death.
What consumers should do
Call an authorized BRP Can-Am dealer and make an appointment to have the vehicle repaired. The dealer will perform this work at no cost to the consumer.
