Dragons climbing camming unit - a double axle design cam for fall-arresting climbers (for use in a natural rock environment).
Reasons the product is recalled
There is a possibility that the aluminium axle boss can crack.
On the 15th Feb 2011 DMM received information from a U.S retailer regarding the size 5 (Blue) Dragon Cams. DMM have subsequently found cracks on the aluminium axle bosses of 2 of the Dragon size 5 cams they have in stock.

The product may fail whilst in use, possibly causing a fall resulting in serious injury or death.
What consumers should do
