What are the defects?
When re-assembling the Newborn Set harness after washing, consumers may misassemble the harness. This can lead to one or more harness attachment points detaching.
What are the hazards?
If the defect occurs while the child is in the product, they could fall and be injured.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should stop using the Newborn Set, and go to https://reclamations.stokke.com/newbornupgrade to check whether their Newborn Set is affected.
If their Newborn set is verified as affected, consumers should continue their registration to receive instructions on how to get their product repaired.
