What are the hazards?
The rattle may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for young children, which can lead to severe injury or death.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the rattle. Consumers should destroy the product and contact BABYBOHO at bohome.byme@outlook.com to arrange a full refund of the rattle.
Consumers need to provide a photograph to show the product has been destroyed and provide their order number or proof of purchase.
