The hot water bottles have been identified as not having the required thickness. In addition the filling aperture (opening) is not the required size.
What the hazards are to consumers
There is concern that this hot water bottle may leak, split or burst causing injury.
What consumers should do
Consumers should cease using this hot water bottle immediately and destroy or return to the place of purchase (Bankstown Discount Shop, 6 Old Town City Plaza, Bankstown or Silly Willy's, 60 South Street, Granville) to receive a full refund.
