Reasons the product is recalled
Affected products do not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age.
The fastener cap on the pinwheel toy can detach during play.
The hazards to consumers
There is a risk of choking, suffocation or death to young children if they put the fastener cap into their mouth.
What consumers should do
Consumers should stop using the pinwheel toy immediately and dispose of it or return it to a Cotton On Kids store or Cotton On Mega store.
