The shaver should not be used with Australian power outlets.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should not try and plug in the shaver and should stop using the plug immediately and return it (along with the Coby Max Series Battery Operated Travel 3 Head Rotary Shaver) to the nearest Trade Secret store, for a full refund or exchange.
