What are the defects?
The threaded parts of the locking bolt used to lock the top assembly have the potential to break when too much force is put on the black knob whilst assembling or disassembling the product. The hook used to hold the harness is welded to the frame and only the locking bolt that is used to tighten the frame is affected.
What are the hazards?
If the locking bolt breaks during use it may make the stand unstable.
