A 60cm x 40cm x 4cm bamboo bathroom floor mat. The floor mat features a lattice construction with a natural bamboo laquered finish.
What are the defects?
Anti-slip rubber feet which are glued onto the underside of the mat may detach from the product.
What are the hazards?
If the defect occurs, the mat may become a slip hazard to consumers.
What should consumers do?
Cease using the mat. Inspect the underside of the mat; if there are any missing feet (8 feet are provided when new) return the product to the place of purchase for a replacement or a refund.
