The microfibre jacket has a detachable hood and embroidered logo detail. The jacket was sold at Go-Lo and Crazy Clark's under Go-Lo code 638732 and Crazy Clark's code 360387 in sizes 2 - 6 and has been available since mid April 2002.
Reasons the product is recalled
The toggles on the draw-cords of the jacket may pose a choking hazard to small children.

Remove the end cap or toggles and barrel locks yourself, OR Return the jacket to your nearest Go-Lo or Crazy Clark's store where the staff will remove the toggles for you, OR Return the jacket to Go-Lo or Crazy Clark's for a refund.
