Slipped elbow joint threads.
What the hazards are to consumers
The elbow joint components on the wall mount's arm may not fit together properly, causing the attached television to tilt and possibly fall when the television is adjusted.
What consumers should do
Letters will be sent to owners of affected units. Home Theatre Group will arrange for units to be inspected and replaced if necessary.
