The recall is of Models manufactured prior to September 1999. Highchairs with 5" armrest are subject to recall. Highchairs with 9" armrest are not subject to the recall.
Reasons the product is recalled
Possible entrapment hazard. A child's head or arm could become trapped in the space between the armrest and back rest when the seat is reclined.
What consumers should do
Stop using the high chair immediately and telephone 1800 654 614 to receive free 9" armrest replacements which will eliminate the entrapment hazard.
