In some circumstances the pegs (finger grips) may detach from the puzzle pieces, producing small parts.
The hazards to consumers
The detached pegs may be ingested by small children, posing a choking hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers should cease using the puzzle pack immediately and return the product to any Kmart store for a FULL REFUND.
