Reasons the product is recalled
The cot does not comply with the Australian Mandatory Standard, AS/NZS 2172:2003 Cots for household use—safety and performance requirements. The cots failed to comply with the requirements specified for adjustable mattress bases. In addition, the cots did not comply with the labelling requirements set out in the standard.

There is a potential fall hazard associated with the failure to meet the requirements for the adjustable mattress base.
