The bottle contents may cause the bottle to crack along the bottom edge, allowing the contents to leak out.
The hazards to consumers
Exposure to the liquid contents may result in poisoning, or cause irritation to skin or eyes.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the product.
Consumers should contact the Pelikan Artline customer support line on 1300 278 546 (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5pm EST) to arrange to receive a replacement empty Northfork Oven & Grill Cleaner bottle. The empty new bottle will be supplied with a funnel, disposable gloves and instructions on how to transfer the chemical from the old bottle. Once the new bottle is filled it can be used normally.
Rinsed empty bottles from batch numbers 14840, 14929, 15105 and 15684 can be returned to Officeworks for a full refund.
