What are the defects?
X-Short anti-tips on these wheelchairs are a safety feature that prevents the wheelchair from tipping back. The X-Short anti-tip tubes may potentially fail in certain instances.
What are the hazards?
The user could fall back if the X-Short anti-tip tube fails, leading to a potential injury.
What should consumers do?
Consumers will be contacted by the dealer they purchased the wheelchair from. When the parts are available a repair will be undertaken.
