Reasons the product is recalled
The Flat Housewires have green/white earth markings instead of the green/yellow earth markings that are required by the Australian Standard (AS/NZS 5000.2) and while the cable is functional and safe to use, it does not comply with the Standard.
The hazards to consumers
Electrocution.
