Infant silicone teether
Only the ‘Riff the Fox’ teether is affected. The teether is shaped like a fox with an orange body and white and black colouring on the face and ears.
Why the product is recalled
The teether does not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age.
The tip of the ear may detach from the teether creating a small part.
What the hazards are to consumers
There is a risk of choking, suffocation, or death to young children if the ear detaches while in use.
What consumers should do
Consumers should stop using the product immediately and place it out of reach of children.
