When in use, the glass candle holder may break or shatter, as the wick is too close to the edge, exposing the glass to excessive heat.
The hazards to consumers
Potential injury from broken glass or burns from naked flame if glass container shatters. Potential fire risk.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return the product to their local Spotlight store for a refund of the purchase price.
