The choke guard may separate from the spoons due to a manufacturing fault.
What the hazards are to consumers
There is a risk of choking or suffocation in young children, leading to severe injury or death if the choke guard detaches and is ingested.
What consumers should do
Stop using the product and store out of the reach of children.
Consumers should return affected spoons to the place of purchase to exchange for a spoon in black or cherry or to get a refund.
