The product does not comply with marking requirements of the mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Swimming and Flotation Aids) Safety Standard 2017' as a safety warning does not appear on the product.
The hazards to consumers
Users may not be aware of important safety information about the use of the product (i.e. only under constant supervision). There is potentially an increased risk of drowning if the product is not used as intended.
What consumers should do
Consumers should stop using the product/s and contact Kingswim at their local Kingswim Centre or via sales@kingswim.com.au to return the product/s and obtain a full refund or a replacement product (subject to availability).
