The rattles do not comply with size requirements of the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age.
The hazards to consumers
There is a risk of choking, suffocation or death to young children if they continue to use these rattles.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the rattle.
Consumers should destroy the product and contact Yorie & Co to arrange a full refund of the rattle.
