Affected bottles show an expiration date between January 2026 (01/26) through October 2026 (10/26).

The affected PET bottle may over-pressure and explode during use.

The hazards to consumers

Risk of injury including abrasions and hearing damage if the bottle explodes.

Incidents have occurred.

What consumers should do

  1. Stop using affected bottles immediately and check the expiration date of your bottle.
  2. Complete the form on the website for a free replacement.
  3. Dispose of the bottle through recycling or waste disposal. You may keep the bottle base and lid as they are not affected.
