Reason the product is recalled
The exterior door handle actuators on some Model Year 2024-2025 Ranger XD 1500 and Crew XD 1500 vehicles may stick and cause the door to unexpectedly open while the vehicle is moving.
The hazards to consumers
Risk of serious injury or death or property damage if the door opens while the vehicle is in use.
What consumers should do
Stop using the vehicle immediately.
Contact your authorised Polaris dealer to arrange a free repair.
Consumers should not attempt repairs themselves. Repairs must only be done by an authorised Polaris dealer.
