Reason the product is recalled
The luminaire has a flexible supply cord that may be tied in a knot and used as an anchorage. The terminal block on the secondary driver may be prone to charring. In addition, the accessible metal fins on the LED luminaire may not be earthed.

Risk of electric shock and potential fire hazard.
What consumers should do
Stop using the lumainaire immediately by switching off the power at the socket outlet and uplug it from the socket outlet. Remove the luminaire safely and contact your supplier.
